These terms describe the permitted use and important limits of MuneStory.
Personal record-keeping only
The app helps you organise information that you enter about medications, blood tests, symptoms, flares and healthcare visits.
Not medical advice
- The app does not diagnose or confirm an autoimmune condition or flare.
- It does not interpret whether treatment is safe or effective.
- It does not recommend starting, stopping or changing medication.
- Photo or report extraction can be incomplete or wrong and must be checked against the original.
Always make healthcare decisions with an appropriately qualified healthcare professional. Seek urgent medical help when needed.
Who may use the app
The prototype is provided free for personal, non-commercial use. If a child uses it, an appropriate parent, guardian or healthcare professional should supervise according to the child’s circumstances.
Your responsibilities
- Review information before saving or sharing it.
- Do not rely on the app as the only copy of important health information.
- Create and periodically verify encrypted backups.
- Keep your phone and backup password secure.
- Do not use the app for unlawful purposes or to record another person’s information without proper authority.
Availability and updates
This is a prototype. Features may change, contain errors or temporarily become unavailable. Updates may be offered through the installed web app. Users are encouraged to create a backup before updating.
Data loss and external providers
Local browser storage can be removed by the device, browser settings, app deletion or device loss. CodeNatto cannot recover local records or forgotten backup passwords. Files saved to third-party cloud providers are governed by those providers’ services and terms.
Ownership and permission
MuneStory and its original software, design and content are published by CodeNatto and protected by applicable copyright laws.

You retain responsibility for and any rights you have in information that you enter into the app.
No warranties
To the extent allowed by applicable law, the prototype is provided “as is” and “as available”, without promises that it will be error-free, uninterrupted or suitable for a particular medical or personal purpose.
Limitation of responsibility
To the extent allowed by applicable law, CodeNatto is not responsible for decisions made from inaccurate or incomplete entries, loss of locally stored data, unavailable backups or failures of third-party services. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes and ending use
CodeNatto may revise the app or these terms. Material changes should be shown within the app. You may stop using the app and remove its locally stored data at any time.
Singapore and contact
These terms are intended for a Singapore launch and are governed by Singapore law, subject to mandatory consumer protections and other applicable laws.
