This notice explains what the current version of MuneStory stores and who can access it.
Short version
Your health records are stored on your phone. CodeNatto does not operate an account, health-record server or cloud database for this prototype.
Information you may record
You may choose to record your name, age, gender, health conditions, medications, medication-label photos, blood-test results and reports, symptoms, body areas, daily observations and healthcare-visit notes.
Where information is stored
- Records and retained documents are stored in this app’s local browser storage on your device.
- They are not automatically sent to CodeNatto.
- Deleting browser data, removing the Home Screen app or losing the phone may remove the records.
- Safari and a Home Screen installation may keep separate local storage.
Photos and report reading
Medication-photo and report processing in the current prototype runs in the app on your device. Extracted text is only a suggestion for you to review. Avoid including NRIC numbers or unrelated identifying information when possible.
Backups and cloud drives
When you create a backup, the app encrypts it with your backup password. You choose where to save it. If you select iCloud Drive, Google Drive, OneDrive, Dropbox or another provider, that provider’s privacy terms apply. CodeNatto does not receive your backup or password.
CodeNatto cannot recover a forgotten backup password.
Feedback email
If you email CodeNatto@gmail.com, CodeNatto will receive the information you voluntarily include, together with normal email information such as your address. Do not send health records, report photographs, NRIC numbers or backup passwords. Feedback may be retained as reasonably needed to respond and improve the app.
Your choices and control
- You decide what optional information to enter.
- You can edit or delete individual records using the app’s controls.
- You can create an encrypted backup under More.
- You can remove all locally stored information by deleting the app/site data, but this cannot be undone without a usable backup.
Security and limitations
The app uses device-local storage and encrypted portable backups, but no software or device is completely secure. Protect your phone with its screen lock, keep its operating system updated and store backups safely.
Changes to this notice
If storage, cloud synchronisation, analytics, accounts or remote AI are added later, this notice must be updated before those features are released. Material changes should be shown inside the app.
